Defective or incorrect items / 不良品: please contact us within 7 days of delivery; we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Returns for customer reasons / お客様都合の返品: accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer.
