As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page.

We currently deliver to addresses in Japan only. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days; the average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after processing.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and cancellation is no longer guaranteed. You can of course still return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and photos of the damage. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Every clothing and shoe product page has a size chart in centimetres, including the matching Japanese size (号). Please note: our clothing follows European sizing, which is generally about one size larger than Japanese sizing (for example: our S ≈ JP 9号, M ≈ JP 11号, L ≈ JP 13号). Shoe sizes are shown in EU sizes with the foot length in cm. Not sure which size to choose? Contact our support team and we'll be happy to advise you.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are charged in Japanese yen (¥).

At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" box and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your total immediately.
